HIGH PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT – CORE PROGRAM

Our Core Program is designed for committed players who demonstrate the attitude, effort, and coachability required to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Program Structure
Three sessions per week:

Indoor Futsal Session

Football intelligence, speed of play, perceptual and situational awareness, decision-making under pressure

Outdoor field session

Technical execution, game realism, competitive behaviours

Small groups ensure high coach engagement and clear feedback.

This program is not results-at-all-costs, but it is performance-driven. Players are expected to train with intent, compete honestly, and take responsibility for their development.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Foundation & Entry Pathway

Our Community Development Program is designed for players who are:
  • New to structured football environments, or
  • Building foundations before progressing into high-performance groups
This program focuses on:
  • Technical fundamentals
  • Introduction to Football Future Pro standards
  • Basic perceptual and situational awareness
  • Confidence, enjoyment, and positive habits
Players are monitored continuously and may be invited into the High Performance Development – Core Program when ready.
SMALL GROUP & EARLY MORNING SESSIONS
For highly motivated players seeking additional development, Football Future Pro offers limited small-group and before-school sessions.
These sessions focus on:
  • Repetition with purpose
  • Individual technical detail
  • Perceptual and situational awareness
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Personal accountability and standards
Numbers are intentionally low to maintain intensity and quality.
COMPETITION & OPPORTUNITIES
Competition is used as a learning environment, not a shortcut.
Football Future Pro provides appropriate exposure through:
  • Pre- and post-season community tournaments
  • Structured match play within programs
  • Selected domestic competitions
  • International tour opportunities, where age-appropriate
Competition reinforces habits learned in training — preparation, focus, resilience, and accountability.
Selection & standards
Football Future Pro operates on an invitation-only basis.
Selection is based on:
  • Attitude and coachability
  • Effort and consistency
  • Ability to meet training standards
  • Desire to improve
