Football Future Pro is led by Founder and Head Coach John McGlynn, an A-Licensed professional coach with over 30 years of experience across elite youth, senior, and professional football environments.
John has coached at professional level in Asia and Australia, leading teams in domestic leagues and international AFC competitions, while developing players within high-performance systems.
His approach is built on standards, discipline, and long-term player development, not trends, shortcuts, or volume.
