Football Future Pro is led by Founder and Head Coach John McGlynn, an AFC A-Licensed coach with more than 30 years of experience across elite youth, senior, and professional football in Australia and Asia.
His experience includes professional coaching appointments in Australia and Cambodia, winning domestic league and cup honours and leading teams in AFC competitions. These experiences continue to shape the standards, discipline, and long-term development model that underpins Football Future Pro.
John is also the author of The High Performance Parent, reflecting Football Future Pro’s commitment to long-term development and supporting families throughout the football journey.
