Football Future Pro operates on an invitation-only recruitment model.

This approach is intentional.

We work with a small number of committed players aged 6–12 to ensure training standards remain high, environments stay focused, and every player receives the attention required to develop properly.

We are not designed for volume.
We are designed for quality, standards, and long-term development.

Limiting numbers allows us to:

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Selection at Football Future Pro is not based on talent alone.
We look for players who demonstrate:

  • Desire to improve and compete

Technical ability is important —
but habits, mindset, and standards matter more.

PATHWAYS INTO FOOTBALL FUTURE PRO

Players may enter Football Future Pro through:

1.Community Development Program
Players new to structured environments may begin in our Community Development Program, where they are:

  • Introduced to our standards and expectations
  • Monitored for attitude, effort, and progress
  • Assessed for readiness to progress

2. Coach Identification
Players may be identified through:

  • Training sessions
  • Matches or tournaments
  • Referrals from trusted coaches

3. Direct Invitation
In some cases, players may be invited directly into the High Performance Development – Core Program.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Assessment is ongoing and holistic.

We observe:

  • Behaviour in training
  • Response to challenge and feedback
  • Ability to meet standards consistently
  • Engagement, focus, and effort

There are no trials designed to impress in one session.
Selection is based on patterns, not moments.
